Rental unit in Pénestin

The apartment is located on the first floor in a renovated farm in a small typical Breton fishing village in rural quiet surroundings just a few hundred meters from the sea. Particularly suitable for resting, walking, bathing on quiet sandy beaches. There are many nearby attractions: Guerande with its salt marshes, La Roche Bernard, The La Briere Nature Reserve..... a little further, the cities of Nantes and Vannes, the Gulf of Mobihan, are a little further away from the cities of Nantes and Vannes.... The space The apartment consists of a small and one large bedroom, as well as the open plan living-dining area, shower room and separate toilet. From the kitchen you have access to the large terrace. The garden can be used. Guest access The apartment has its own access via a metal staircase, behind the house. There's a spot there, too. Other things to note The apartment belongs to my neighbor and for many years good friend Pascale. Since Pascale does not speak English or German, I will take care of the rental. But she lives on site and cares about her and also my guests with affection.
