An old country house surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields and rolling hills: La Cà dal Non is the perfect place for those seeking peace, nature and authenticity. Bright rooms with private bathrooms and every comfort, panoramic porches, a shared kitchen and a generous breakfast featuring products from our farm and local specialties. Just minutes from the medieval village of Savignano sul Panaro and excellent local restaurants and trattorias. Dogs are welcome. The space A spacious and bright room inspired by the delicate colours of lavender, designed to offer relaxation and harmony. The large panoramic window and private terrace provide beautiful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards: the perfect place to enjoy a sunset or the peaceful silence of the countryside. The room is approximately 22 m² and features a comfortable double bed and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. Private bathroom, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, underfloor heating and TV complete the room’s amenities. Guests can also use the shared kitchen located in the breakfast room. In the bathroom you will find organic and biodegradable soap and shampoo in dispensers, in keeping with the sustainable philosophy of our home. 🌱 Guest access In addition to their room and private bathroom, guests can use the shared area on the ground floor, where breakfast is served, with a shared kitchen available for their use, as well as the relaxation area with large panoramic windows. Outside, guests can relax under the porches overlooking the vineyards and surrounding hills, furnished with tables and sofas. Guests are also welcome to walk through our vineyards and lavender fields surrounding the BioAgriturismo. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available during your stay. The property offers free private parking and an EV charging station. During your stay During your stay, we like to be available when needed while giving our guests the peace, privacy and freedom to enjoy the BioAgriturismo at their own pace. We are usually present every morning at breakfast and in the late afternoon to welcome arriving guests. Self check-in is also available, allowing guests to access the property independently. For assistance, restaurant recommendations, suggestions on what to see and do in the area, or any other needs during your stay, you can easily contact us by message or phone. Our Guest App also provides useful information about the property, our services and the surrounding area. It is the ideal place for guests looking for peace, nature and an authentic countryside experience. Breakfast is included and served every morning from 8:00 to 9:30 am, featuring products from our farm and local specialties. Please let us know in advance about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements. Dogs are welcome with a supplement of €10 per night; we simply ask that they are not left alone in the room.
