The space is located in the quaint Hamlet of Sugar Loaf, New York Artisan Village, which is surrounded by the town of Warwick and Chester with Greenwood Lake just minutes away...and NYC is just 75 minutes. It's a second floor apartment with private front and back entrances. Rear deck overlooks spacious fenced in yard with pond view. Walking distance to 2 restaurants and deli. LEGOLAND just 8 miles! The space Espresso hardwood flooring throughout, kitchen island with granite counter tops, tiled bathrooms including showers, central a/c, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees to choose from including Starbucks & Green Mountain, Smart TV in living room and another Smart TV in master bdrm. Also, a desk to do work while away from the office. One of the pullout sofa beds can sleep 2 (pictured) but another smaller single sofa/futon bed is also available (not pictured, just recently added to space). Guest access The entire apartment is private. You also have access to fenced in private backyard and deck exclusively. Other things to note High chair and pack n play available upon request.
