Hello and warmly welcome to your mountain lodge at 620m asl Are you fans of the ALPINE LIFESTYLE and something special? Do you want to head straight into nature on the most beautiful hiking trails, from the lodge with the toboggan directly onto the ski meadow or with your skis strapped on straight into the cross-country ski run? Then you are exactly right in our WLodgeOne! A place that connects: Old with new - tradition with time spirit and guests with each other * The space Our mountain lodge is on the upper floor on the mountain level and offers a wonderful view of the toboggan run. On a living space of 95-115m² in alpine style, you have space for 6-9 people. As soon as you enter the lodge, you will notice the ever-present scent of forest and resin, which our processed wood exudes. The excellent indoor climate can be felt with every breath. The lodge has 3-4 sleeping chambers. A booking for up to 7 people only includes 3 sleeping chambers! - 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, flat screen TV, coffee machine, safe - 1 suite consisting of a bedroom with box spring bed and a small living area, flat screen TV, safe - 3 washing chambers with natural stone sinks, rain shower - Cook-feed area - Living area with flat screen TV - 30 sqm terrace with hot pot, day bed, hammock, dining set, Weber grill (bookable) with a view of the toboggan ski slope and Braunlage This lodge is expandable to 7-9 people. The 7th person can be put up in the living area of the suite (80x200cm). This area is separated from the sleeping chamber by a sliding door. Only a booking for 8-9 people includes the 4th bedroom! 2 more people can be accommodated in a 4th bedroom in our Berg Bude. The Berg Bude has a box spring bed (160x200), an open shower/washing area and a separate toilet. Access to the Berg Lodge is about 3 meters across the hall outside of the Berg Lodge, almost next door. Please note the floor plan! When entering from the 8th person in the booking process, the Berg Bude is automatically booked. Guest access All the amenities of the Berg Lodge are exclusively available to you. The use of the hot pot is possible in summer and winter due to the heating. However, it may be the case in special weather conditions that it cannot be used. These include strong storms or prolonged temperatures below minus 5 degrees, as it may not be possible to guarantee a pleasant water temperature. A Weber electric grill (for a fee) is available on the terrace for barbecues all year round. Other things to note Please note that a tourist tax is added to the booking fee and must be paid locally. This is currently €3 per night for adults and €1.65 for children (6-17 years old); additional children, toddlers and babies are free of charge.
