Family-friendly 2 story farm cabin on 50-acres w/ 2 bedrooms, sleeping loft & 1 bath offers fishing, nature trails, and friendly farm animals. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, pitch a tent, see stars, and experience farm life! Accommodates up to 5 guests. Three houses on the property ensure privacy and a community feel. Book now for a relaxing countryside retreat and unforgettable memories! Events must be pre-approved. Event fee $150 for up to 15 people on the property. The space Our 50 acre working farm with cows, pigs, goats, and chickens hosts 2 accommodations for guests, a cabin and a farmhouse. You can rent one or both. Both offer on site fishing (only catch and release), row boating, hiking trails, campfires, outdoor grills, children's play structures, indoor and outdoor games, self-guided farm tours, and more! All bedrooms in the cabin are upstairs. Cabin has 2 bedrooms, and a sleeping loft with a total of 5 beds (2 queen size beds, 3 twin size bed), a crib and a comfy couch. The bathroom is downstairs. Parking is off street in front of Gate B. You will have to walk across a short bridge to enter the property. The maximum occupancy is 5 guests at any one time. If you have more than the maximum occupancy, your booking may be terminated and no refund given. We know how important ESA service animals are to the humans they serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any guests' animals, including ESA service animals. No animals of any kind are allowed on our properties. Violations will be termination of stay and $200 fine. Extra Services: $25 for 2 Fishing Rods & Tackle Box $30 Early Check- in $20 per hour for Late Check- out $10 for firewood bundle. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire cabin, nature trails, outdoor fire pit area, swing set, and yard. Fishing in the pond (catch & release) is permitted and we offer complimentary boat use. You will park your vehicle off of the street and in front of a gate. You will have to walk across a walking bridge to access the cabin. Cabin has a creek in front of it and a pond beside it. The pace of life is slower in the country and so is our internet. WiFi is provided as a convenience only. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use or personal preferences with regard to services. Other things to note **Please be aware that your cell phone service may not be very reliable here. Verizon offers the best cell phone service in this area. **Early check-in before 4:00 is available for $30. **Late check-out is available for extra cost 12:00 pm $20 and 1:00 pm $40. **We do not provide wood for the wood stove nor the outdoor fire, you may gather fallen limbs from the nature trails, bring your own, or buy a firewood bundle for $10. No pets allowed for the safety of our free range chickens, other farm animals, and the safety of our guests with allergies. We know how important ESA service animals are to the humans they serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any guests' animals, including ESA service animals. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If you are found to have an animal, you will be charged $200 and your visit will be cancelled with no refund given. other**Please note no guests are allowed to be on the property unless they are authorized by us. If any additional guest is on the property, there will be a charge of $20 per person per day -no matter how brief the stay. If you have additional guests that you did not include in your reservation we will charge you through Airbnb. Failure to pay for extra guests is a considered a violation of house rules and your reservation will be canceled without being issued a refund. **Fishing in the pond is catch and release only. **We do have a very friendly Great Pyranes farm dog whose job is to protect the farm animals.
