It faces westerly and has beautiful sunset views. It's a short walkalong the boardwalk from the villa to the shops, restaurants and pubs of the marina. Guest access Guests also have access to the private beaches of Seabrook Island and it's a short walk down the boardwalk from the villa to the shops, restaurants and pubs at the marina. Kiawah Island is about a five minute drive from the villa for tennis and golf. (Seabrook Bus. Lic. No. 20241515; Maximum Occupancy=6). Other things to note The villa has a spacious master bedroom with incredible water views, a king-size bed it's own bathroom and a large TV. The bed has a brand new memory foam mattress. The sofa in the living room folds out into a comfortable queen-size bed. The villa has a maximum overnight capacity of four people. There are two tandem parking spaces in front of the villa with a maximum vehicle capacity of two vehicles.
