The Baltimore Terrace offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with a pullout sofa, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. The master bedroom has two comfortable double beds with tempur-pedic mattresses. Gusts can use the whole apartment and one free parking space. This apartment sleeps up to six guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together. The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. There is a security deposit required for guests staying with us that are under the age of 30, the money will be fully refunded if there are no damages to the property. PETS ARE WELCOME! Us the owners must be notified prior to the arrival if you are bringing a furry friend because charges are applicable ($25) per pet per night.
