IMPORTANT: Please read and understand the notes below before booking with us The space Windmill Upon Hills is a condominium equipped with 5-star facilities that are managed by Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences which include - Warm swimming pools - Gymnasium - Jacuzzi - Sauna - Sky and sunken decks - Various green areas (Parcourse, Brookes & Bridges and Landscape Garden) - Children playgrounds Other things to note = IMPORTANT NOTES = 1. This reservation is a full apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double-decker with 2 queen-sized beds. We can provide an additional 2 foldable mattresses with pillows and blankets. 2. All guests must be fully vaccinated (14 days). You must show your MySejahtera app when prompted by the security at the guardhouse 3. We employ a self-check in process. Check-in time is 3PM onwards. Check-out time is at 11AM. 4. Please inform us if you wish to check-in early at 2PM. This can be allowed provided that our cleaners are done cleaning and sanitizing the apartment 5. Please inform us if you wish to check-out late at 12PM. This is subject to our response. This is also not advisable because it is extremely difficult to secure an elevator. We reserve the right to impose charges for late check-outs that we are not aware of. 6. Please set your phone number on this booking platform for us contact you easily 7. The swimming pool is operational, but several SOPs have been enforced by the management • Proper swimming attire is mandatory • The swimming pool opens at 7AM and closes at 10PM. You must register for every slot that consists of 45 minutes of swimming time and 15 minutes of sanitization • We apologize for the inconvenience by this is enforced by the management 8. We provide free and fast 5G WiFi and a TV box installed with Netflix 9. One free parking space is provided. Any additional cars must enter as visitors and pay the regular rate at RM1/hour or RM10/day 10. Please take care of the access card provided. The penalty for losing the card is RM100 which is the management’s replacement fee 11.
