BioRezydencja is the oldest building in Świeradów-Zdrój, dating back to 1765. We have renovated this once-ruined house with full respect for its historical character. We made sure that every element in our manor house is friendly to the human body, which is why: all plasters in the building are natural and allergy-friendly; floors, furniture and wooden surfaces are covered with ecological oils; there is a spacious, beautiful garden with a 250-year-old magical chestnut tree. The space Room 20m2 for two No. 5 is an intimate, tasteful space loved by couples who want to spend time alone. Charming bevels, wooden beams and furniture, intriguing paintings, a spacious shower and a double bed are unobtrusive elements that, however, bring to this place an atmosphere exceptionally conducive to celebrating moments together.
