Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm. There are trees and a road between the lots, but some noise may be heard during working hours.** Papa Bear Lodge at Eagles Nest is a high-end comfort to behold, tucked among the trees beyond the mountain's crest in Eagles Nest. Enjoy the open concept living area with high ceilings, gorgeous windows, and comfortable leather furniture! The main level contains a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining guests, modern appliances, granite counters, and a picnic-style dining table. The living area has a wood-burning stone fireplace with a mounted 75" TV and ample seating. Papa Bear Lodge at Eagles Nest features four separate sleeping areas. The master is located on the main level with a king bed and modern, private full bath with both a tub and a custom tile shower, a smart TV, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is also on the main level with its own private bath, smart TV and queen bed. On the lower level, the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom will have a king bed, while the fourth will have a queen plus twin over twin bunks. Also on the lower level, you'll enjoy arcade gaming and foosball in this home's second living room, complete with a bar area for nights of entertainment indoors. Revel in the tranquility of Eagles Nest as you step out onto the covered porch for some outdoor dining or relaxation. A gas grill is available at the home. On a small path below the porch, you'll find this home's stone firepit. Enjoy a marshmallow or two and surround yourselves with sounds of nature as the last rays of light fall over the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: -Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Payment will be collected through the airbnb resolution center. ​​​​​​​- The detached garage is not available for guest use. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into into the home. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - This home has two exterior security cameras on the right side of the house monitoring the parking area and main entryway only, no other cameras are present at the property. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am - This home is not pet friendly. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
