The space This is a small condo on the sixth floor of a nine-story building, where all of the units are one bedroom each. All are privately owned. The large, covered outdoor balcony is private! The living room are is attached to the small kitchen area is attached to the dining bar/table ....and the one bedroom is down the hall, private, & separated. Guest access Everyone enters the building through one of two doors where there is a small lobby area with mailboxes for the full time residents as well as two elevators. Once you have arrived at your floor level, you will exit the elevator and walk along and exterior which offers beautiful views facing east Other things to note Please be sure to put on your hazard lights anytime you are parking in the parking lot directly behind the building, even if it is in the unloading zone. Keep your pitstops for loading, unloading, or picking up to a minimum of 15 minutes if possible. Again, please remember to put on header lights anytime you are in the parking lot behind the building
