The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with all new stainless appliances and granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal and the cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. Next to the kitchen is a cosy den with a quiet reading area and a handy work desk and also a fully equipped laundry room so you can pack light and have space for outlet shopping!. The living room leads out to a large, furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings and enjoy views of the Orlando Eye, lit up with laser lighting each night, and International Drive.. We offer free lightning speed, secure wifi, free local and north america calls plus a premium TV package with 250 channels. There’s a full laundry room so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for outlet shopping! This lovely vacation home is just minutes from Universal, Seaward and Disney, hundreds of restaurants, world class shopping, International Drive and only 12 miles from the airport! Guests have full access to all of the resort facilities. The main heated resort pool is enormous with an infinity edge, and is surrounded by a multilevel deck, a kids splash pool, and a full-service Tiki bar. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub is adjacent to the pool. There is also another quiet pool. Also, there is a clubhouse with a gym, games room and movie theatre. The resort also includes a BBQ/picnic area and lakeside trail. Guests looking for a peaceful stroll will enjoy the walking path around the lakeside. We are on a gated resort with plenty of free parking. Plus walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center. At the edge of the Resort is a large supermarket (Publix) and a major drugstore (Walgreens). We recommend a car; however, many of our guests prefer Uber or a taxi. There is also the iTrolley system for a fun way of getting around town. ENHANCED CLEANING: In response to Covid -19, our Enhanced Cleaning standards meet or exceed CDC guidelines and we are committed to ensuring you stay in a safe environment. All high-touch surfaces are sanitized using hospital grade EPA approved disinfectant. We pay strict attention to all hard surfaces that you might touch, from the key pad and door handles, to drawer pulls and toilet flushes, remotes and light switches, every hard surface is considered and treated. Linens are washed and dried at high temperatures and gloves are changed after dealing with laundry and before making beds and laying out freshly laundered towels. Windows and doors are opened to air the home during the clean and closed and locked after. For increased hygiene, we have removed all decorative pillows and throws for the time being. Our homes have contact free check in and check out. We are here on-site if you need us, but otherwise you can enjoy complete privacy in your safe haven .
