Fantastic location on the water

Our little paradise has a unique location right on the Bananriver and only 100m to the beautiful beach of Cocoa Beach. Our apartment is located in the very south of the island and assures all nature lovers and water sports fan's heart beat faster. See you soon! The space Our apartment has 150 square meters of living space. 3 bedrooms 2 with king size beds and one with a queen size bed, living room, kitchen with dining area, Florida room and 2 bathrooms each with shower/toilet. The apartment is in a 2-story house, on the lower floors. There are two apartments above us, the garden, pool, canoes and laundry room are shared with the tenants of these apartments. The holiday feeling comes from the front door. The location of the apartment is unique. It is located directly on the Banana River and just across the street from the beautiful Atlantic beach. Cocoa Beach is the surfing Eldorado of Florida. You can go canoeing or stand-up paddling directly from our garden and enjoy the unique nature. Dolphins, manatees and a wide variety of bird species are our daily companions. Anglers also get their money's worth. Simply catch your own lunch and then grill it on our great gas grill. Afterwards, swim in the pool or go surfing, everything is possible here. Cocoa Beach has a huge culinary offering. Restaurants, baars, everything you can imagine. It is only a 15-minute drive from us to the port of Cape Canaveral. If you feel like going on a cruise, that is also possible. Orlando Airport is only 45 minutes away. Likewise the large theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and the outlet shopping centers. Everything is just a stone's throw away. We have created a brand new second bathroom for more comfort. 2 canoes and a SUP are available to you and guests from the upper apartment. Guest access Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Shared with the tenants from the upper floor. Our house is a two-story house. The pool and garden are available to tenants from both floors. Also the canoes and the SUP. Our holiday home has wooden floors and walls in the apartments above us. Therefore it is not completely soundproof and you may occasionally hear other guests.
