The chalet has 5 bedrooms for a sleeping capacity of 10 people. It also offers a heated and covered swimming pool in summer (July to September) , a billiards room, as well as a relaxation area including hammam and spa in winter(October to June). ANNECY and GENEVA, at the foot of Cou and Soudine mountain . The chalet has 5 bedrooms for sleeping capacity for 10 people. The kitchen and a large living room are at your disposal as well as the washing machine and dryer. In winter, it is possible to go cross-country skiing and snowshoeing just 150 meters from the chalet. We are located 40 minutes from the resorts of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, and 25 minutes from the Plateau des Glières. Numerous hiking trails.
