The house is located in the center of Bordeaux, close to Palais Gallien and Rue Fondaudège. The geographical location is ideal: you can visit most of the city on foot! It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Guests can also enjoy a quiet terrace. Occupancy is 12 people. Parking for several cars is available 200 meters away, by reservation only, for €15/day/car. The space The house is spread over 4 levels: - on the ground floor: a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, living room, kitchen / dining room and terrace - on the first floor: shared toilets and two bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms - on the second floor: two bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom - on the third floor: one bedroom with two single beds Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, except the cellar which is locked. Other things to note Our neighborhood places great importance on respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Any noise pollution will therefore be quickly sanctioned.
