The townhouse is three stories, with a garage and shared patio on the ground floor. There is also plenty of yard space for a game of corn-hole or the children to play. Upstairs on the first floor we have the kitchen, dining, and living area plus a guest bedroom and bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Retreat upstairs to the top level to your master suite with a king size bed, large closet, and private balcony. Don't miss the master bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub, perfect for a glass of wine and beach read after a long day. Need to work remotely? We have strong WIFI plus TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, with Roku's and plenty of apps to keep you and the family entertained on rainy days. You will also find an array of games and puzzles inside, and beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and other gear outside in the garage. You can park in the garage, as well as the two spaces in the driveway, for a total of three parking spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway. We have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster, and more. We also have an outdoor grill and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the evening breeze. Other amenities include a private washer and dryer inside, iron, ironing board, and hair dryers in each bathroom. For families traveling with small children, we provide a crib, high chair, baby gate, toddler and baby toys, a changing pad, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, and toys. Our home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach cart are all provided for you. There are about 10 restaurants plus an ice cream, coffee, and convenience shop all within walking distance. You’ll also find a handful of places to rent boats and other water sport gear. Splash Harbour Water Park is across the street and has a fun mix of pools and water slides for the whole family. You can even rent boats, play putt putt or games at the arcade here too. There are several parks, trails, nature preserves, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds for kids. Our favorite park is George McGough Nature Park which includes a Turtle Sanctuary, boardwalk, and rescue habitats, a favorite among adults and kids alike. We also love the botanical gardens where you can see alligators, turtles, and birds in their natural habitats. When you don't want to walk, you can take the trolley up and down the beach. Rainy day? Check out the Clearwater Aquarium or Studio Movie Grill. Our neighborhood is safe, cozy, and welcoming and the location cannot be beat, an ideal getaway for a family or friend beach vacation. With so much in walking distance, you can spend your vacation without needing a car! If you do care to venture outside of Indian Rocks Beach, there is a bus/trolley service that travels up and down Gulf Blvd, with easy access to Clearwater, Treasure Island, or St. Pete beaches. It can even take you to downtown St. Pete. There is also a bike rental shop right around the corner ****Adult must be present at all time. No parties or events.
