Kitchen: kitchen elements, 1 table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs. Two bedrooms: A room with double bed of 140 and large wardrobe. A second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 and a wardrobe. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Private terrace and garden: South-west exposure with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, rope and dryer. View of the outdoor games area and fields. Guest access We also have common areas shared with other potential tenants of the site: - a covered terrace - a games room with table football, billiards and tennis. - a petanque field - a fenced outdoor play area with porches and small houses for children where we leave many toys available even for the beach. - a swimming pool (14X7m) and the paddling pool (6X3m) heated from May 1 to September 30, open from 10am to 8pm, the area is secure. Other things to note Rental is only possible for a minimum of 2 nights. Our rates include beds made on arrival as well as the departure cleaning. A heating supplement is required in winter.
