The unit has a kitchenette, bathroom, living room/dining area, clothes washer/dryer and small outside patio. Guests can enjoy the on-site outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and game room. The guest checking in at the front desk must 21 years of age or older. Others accompanying the primary guest can be under 21 years old. There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the front desk to cover any damages to the room (credit card only).
