This flat is located in one of the most desirable area of London, only few min walk from Hyde Park and the famous Portobello Road market in Notting Hill. (the lift is currently out of service.) The flat is located in a quiet and residential street where you won't be bother by the noise of the city. Located within 5 min walk to: Queensway ( central line) and Bayswater ( district and circle line) stations - Grocery shops like: Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, Halal shops. The space Note: The building has a lift, but it is temporarily out of service. Due to this, a 20% discount has already been applied to the total reservation amount. We will update the amenities once the lift is back in service. Floor Level: 2nd Other things to note No Smoking Inside Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. No Parties or Events This is a quiet, residential area, and parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Guest Limit The number of guests must be selected during the booking process and is non-negotiable. Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to stay. Any unauthorized guests will be asked to leave and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Pets Pets are not allowed Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and our latest check-out is 11:00 AM. Security & Keys Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property. Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee.
