Ross House is a calm, comfortable, adults-only (21+ years), hosted stay in Great Notley. Each private room is thoughtfully presented with workspace, microwave and fridge or fridge/freezer, so guests can simply settle and relax after work or travel. Located in a quiet residential setting with parking and easy access to Braintree, Chelmsford and surrounding business areas. The space Rooms are prepared for comfort rather than hotel turnover — proper mattresses, workspace, refreshments and space to settle in after work or travel. Designed for calm stays rather than short overnight stopovers. Each room includes its own refreshment setup at minimum (fridge and microwave), allowing guests to eat comfortably without needing shared kitchen access. • Little Oaks: Large, suite-style room with lounge area with comfy sofa, direct patio access, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. En suite shower room. • Acorns: Spacious double room with work/dining area, microwave, fridge/freezer and tea/coffee station. Double walk in power shower en-suite • Catkins: Compact, cosy room with silent mini fridge and microwave, plus a dedicated private bathroom and essentials for shorter stays All rooms have smart tvs and are suited to contractors, relocations and longer stays, where calm and comfort matter. Guest access Guests have a private bedroom and bathroom with shared access to garden areas. The rear garden is available for guest use. This is a hosted property rather than an empty rental. Other things to note This is a quiet residential home, not an anonymous rental. Guests are welcomed personally where possible and we ask visitors to respect neighbours and the calm atmosphere. Smoking is allowed in the rear garden - Ashtrays are provided Over 18s only Not suitable for parties, gatherings or additional visitors beyond the booking.
