It is about 300 m from the pedestrian area, about 450 m from the bus stop and about 700 m from the marina. A few dozen meters away there is also a characteristic bakery, a supermarket, various bars, newsagents and a pharmacy. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2022. The space The accommodation is arranged on two floors which are accessed, autonomously and independently, directly from the public road through a door followed by a flight of stairs with 23 steps. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) with a balcony overlooking the main street, the other bedroom with 2 single beds with a window and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there is the kitchen and a large panoramic terrace, part of which is enclosed by a sliding glass wall. Upon request (included in the accommodation fee) the following are available: - crib for children complete with linen and pillow for babies; - garage for bikes and motorcycles a few meters in front of the accommodation; - beach umbrella and towels. Other things to note The municipality of Castellammare del Golfo has established a tourist tax on guests' overnight stays. From 08/01/2022, the amount is €1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights (from the 7th night onwards the tax is no longer due).
