Accommodation for tourist use, short rental. CIN (National Identification Code): IT081005C2XDAHT4M4 The house is two blocks from the main street of the village. It is about 300 m from the pedestrian area, about 450 m from the bus stop and about 700 m from the marina. A few dozen meters away there is also a characteristic bakery, a supermarket, various bars, newsagents and a pharmacy. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2022. The space The accommodation is arranged on two floors which are accessed, autonomously and independently, directly from the public street through a door followed by a flight of stairs with 23 steps. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a balcony overlooking the main street, and the other with 2 single beds, a window, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there is a kitchen and a large panoramic terrace, a part of which is closed by a sliding glass wall. The following are available upon request (included in the cost of the accommodation): - baby cot complete with linens and pillow for infants; - garage for bikes and motorcycles a few meters away in front of the accommodation; - umbrella and beach towels. Other things to note The municipality of Castellammare del Golfo has established a tourist tax on guests' overnight stays. From 08/01/2022, the amount is €1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights (from the 7th night onwards the tax is no longer due).
