Special and unique stay by logement den Beer

Pure class with a Scandinavian touch! A spacious flat of 60m² with authentic oak floor. The visible brick elements and the high ceilings are a nod to the rich past of "Logement Den Beer". The perfect flat for business travelers and tourists. (Ask for special conditions on long term stays.) The space The bedroom, quietly located at the back of the flat, has an Auping Boxspring (180 x 200cm). Traveling kids can use the sleeping sofa in the living room (140 x 200 cm) which is located along the street side. Furthermore, the flat includes a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, and all rooms are equipped with climate control for cooling and heating. Guest access Guests have the entire flat at their disposal. You can use the sauna in a nearby common area in the building (against payment of 20 euro/day, please let us know if you wish to get acces to this area.) Other things to note You will stay in a unique apartment with high ceilings and character elements. Keep in mind that the sofa bed is located in the living room, along the street side of the building. This is in contrast to the bedroom which is located along the quiet backside of the building. Although curtains and double glass is installed, I cannot exclude that traffic can be heard from the living area with sofa bed.
