Please note that there is no free parking area, only paid in premise parking lot nearby. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire flat with a separate key set. Other things to note Please note the following: - Extra Bedding & Towels for the sofa bed are available for an additional £25. If you are group of 5, sofa bed included with free of charge. - Early Check-in: £10/hour before 3 PM, subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: £10/hour after 8 PM, £30 after 11 PM. - Late Check-out: £10/hour after 10 AM, subject to availability. - Luggage Storage: Use CityStasher or Luggage Hero for convenient storage solutions. - Mid-stay Cleaning: For stays longer than two weeks, extra cleaning is £50 per session without linen change. Linen changes are £25/set. - Keys: We’ll take a photo of you with the keys upon handover for record-keeping. - Parking: Use JustPark or ParkBee for affordable parking nearby, or NCP car parks within a 5-minute walk. Advance booking is recommended. - Air Conditioning: There is no AC, but the flat has 2 large windows in each room, a balcony door, and fans in the living and bedrooms.
