Bungalow on Broad Street near Winston-Salem

Just far enough away from the bustle of the city. Enjoy a unique experience, having the whole house/yard to yourself in our newly renovated and fully updated historic Craftsman style bungalow located outside of Winston Salem. 10 mins to Wake Forest University, 15 mins to downtown Winston Salem, Old Salem and School of the Arts. Convenient to Greensboro, close to vineyards, Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Parks with access to hiking, biking, tubing, zip lining and other outdoor activities. The space Our historic Craftsman style bungalow was built in the early 1920's and has hardwood floors and large rooms throughout allowing you to spread out and be comfortable during your stay. Bedrooms are large with comfortable queen size beds. The main bath has a tiled walk in shower with handheld and rainfall fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with cook and bake ware, utensils, spices, oil, plates, glasses and cups (including plasticware for outdoors), BBQ supplies, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, cleaning supplies, dish cloths and hand towels. The dining room has seating for 6 with placemats and table cloths in the buffet. There are plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy as well. Sit and relax in the sunroom or on the wrap around porch. Take a nap in the hammock in the back yard. BBQ on the gas grill and then eat on the deck while listening to the soothing sound of the pond. There is also a fire pit in the backyard for chilly nights. There is plenty of off-street parking on the gravel road between the house and our home next door. We have recently added and EV Charger that works with your smart phone via a QR code. Guest access The house is accessed by keypad for your convenience. We change the code on a regular basis and will provide you with your code just prior to your arrival. Other things to note We do welcome small to medium size well behaved dogs (no more than 2 please). There is a dog lot in the back for exercising them. Please do not leave them unattended in the dog lot. We ask that you pick up after them both inside and outside. They are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We provide dog blankets, rollers and towels.
