Cozy in the Cove: Smith Lake Cullman County: Private Dock! Year Round Water

Welcome to Cozy in the Cove! Our property has water ALL YEAR ROUND! And we are 10 minutes from Rock the South venue! We are excited to share our home away from home with you . Most of our guest are friends and neighbors. Private double decker dock, located in a quiet culdesac with breathtaking lake views! Bring your own boat for the ultimate family getaway, girl's trip, or men's retreat! Safely swim in the quiet cove, or enjoy the use of 1 paddleboard and 2 kayaks provided. Life vests available as well! We have provided guests with a starter pack of complimentary Keurig cups, dish soap, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and 2 garbage bags. You will find a basket filled with s'mores for your pleasure to use at the fire pit. One bundle of complimentary firewood is also provided by the shed. We have a propane grill (propane included) and a charcoal grill (bring charcoal). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, dishwasher, oven, and fridge. Our dining table seats 7, however you can locate a table leaf in the mudroom and more chairs in the living room if needed for seating for up to 10 guests. There are plenty of dishes for everyone. There is also a screened in porch- perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages while taking in the lake view. We also have a gas grill with grilling tongs and other supplies for the perfect lakeside meal! Whether you decide to eat inside, around the fire, or on dock, there is plenty of room for everyone! On the upper level of the dock, there is a table with seating for 6, and a couch and 3 lounge chairs. On the lower level of the dock, there are 2 Adirondack chairs. Enjoy watching your kids swim, or cast a line and relax while you wait for a bite. For sleeping arrangements- the primary bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a Twin size Daybed, with a Twin size trundle that can be moved within the room, and also a Queen bunk bed with a Twin on top. The Third bedroom can sleep 5 total. There is also an optional air mattress if you happen to have a few extra kiddos with you. The second and third bedroom has access to the hallway full bathroom with the tub/shower combo. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Cozy in the Cove is right off Dodge City Exit where there are restaurants , a grocery store, Ace Hardware, and gas stations. We are located 10 miles to the infamous historic downtown Warehouse, where you can shop in the quaintest boutiques, antique malls, and the most delicious food around.
