This cozy, 100% private 475 sq.ft. apartment is within walking distance of popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, and is an easy 7-minute drive to downtown Nashville. With an open floor plan, plenty of windows, sleek finishes, a heated tile bathroom floor, and super-comfy queen bed, you can enjoy a quiet respite away from home, yet still be minutes from the action! The space Cool, calming, modern space, with plenty of windows (with blinds for privacy), 10-foot ceilings, warm accent lighting, heated tile bathroom floors, a comfortable new queen bed with premium bedding, and plenty of storage - located in a relaxing, quiet, back yard / garden setting. The A/C, heat, and ceiling fan are completely adjustable by you. The A/C is a newer, quieter, very efficient model. The space is very well insulated. A small kitchenette greets you as you enter, with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, large toaster/convection oven, sink, hot plate, Keurig machine, and dishwasher. Basic cookware, flatware, dishes, and utensils are provided. (There is not a full-sized stove/oven in this unit). The kitchenette counter seats two comfortably. A small living area is adjacent to both the kitchenette and bed, with a sofa that is large enough to sleep on comfortably (extra bedding is provided), and a comfy chair. Reading light provided nearby. The queen-sized bed has 4 pillows, soft white sheets, and a cozy down comforter with a crisp white duvet cover (changed after every guest). The mattress and pillows are new and are sealed with a "spill-proof" lining that is changed frequently. End-tables with lamps and storage are on each side of the bed, along with cool LED accent lighting behind the bed. The bathroom floor is fully tiled and heated during the cooler months (can be turned off by you if desired). The vanity and surrounding wall tile are a crisp, clean, modern white. Ample storage is available in the 'floating' vanity and medicine cabinet. The shower is a crisp, clean, sturdy & modern 3x3 Kohler insert with an opaque glass door for privacy, and shower head that can also be used as a hand-held sprayer. There is plenty of space to put your personal items, but shampoo and soap are provided. All surfaces are meticulously and thoroughly cleaned after each guest for your comfort. A simple sliding pocket door (with lock) divides the bathroom and living area for your privacy. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit. Guest access In the warmer months, you are welcome to use our patio, and with advanced notice, gas grill. Feel free to meander in the garden or sit on the reading bench in the back yard. Other things to note Three nights stay required on most nights. If you’d like to stay less, feel free to message us or send a booking request and we will check if it can fit into the schedule. **In Spring 2026, we will have construction in the backyard near the side of this unit to install a swimming pool. Your pathway and access to the unit should not be affected (the walkway is not near where the pool is being built ). There may be some noise during the day as people are working. I will ask contractors to be mindful of guests. They may also work some Saturdays, but they are not allowed to make any noise on Sundays.**
