Centrally located yet quiet, it's just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and bus stops. The house offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Access is via about 100 steps from the main road—cars cannot reach it, making the experience even more peaceful and authentic. We recommend arriving without a car. The space ACCOMMODATION FEATURES The house is organized on one level: • Sea view terrace; • Large living area overlooking the sea and Positano and Capri, with kitchen and living room, equipped with TV, sofa and table for 6; • 1 large double bedroom with view (bed size 160x190) with ensuite bathroom - with shower; • 1 double bedroom / or two single beds (bed size 160x190); • Bathroom with shower LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Casa Clara is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to services and coastal attractions: • Grocery store (Alimentari Rispoli), just few minutes’ walk uphill • Beach Club ONE FIRE - reachable via scenic walks and stairs • Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk uphill • Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 200 MT walk uphill Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs. ACCESS AND PARKING Casa Clara is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot, climbing approximately 100 steps, part of the characteristic pedestrian path. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues. Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out. • Private paid parking available on request at approximately 700 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season). • Public paid parking available at approximately 500 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces. GETTING AROUND Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Clara allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car. • Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues. • Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 200 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season. • Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended. • On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking. • Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and full access to the entire property, ensuring maximum privacy and independence throughout their stay. As part of the local environment, you may occasionally encounter small insects or wildlife, such as ants, spiders, small insects, or lizards, both in the outdoor areas and, occasionally, inside the house.
