Our property is the perfect retreat for those seeking a serene environment to spend quality time with family and friends. Sorry, no pets. Our backyard boasts breathtaking Salt Marsh views that come alive during sunrise and sunset, providing a picturesque backdrop for your gatherings. We have thoughtfully equipped the outdoor space with a fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower areas, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you plan on trailering your boat to launch, please note that the public launch is conveniently located just a mile down the road. Also, the Riverside Resort has a private launch and parking for a fee. You are welcome to park your trailered boat in our grassy area of our front yard or driveway. (There is no place to launch from our backyard. No mooring or day docking.) Each of the three bedrooms in this property boasts ceiling fans and smart Roku TVs, ensuring that you can relax in comfort and style. The spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a large and inviting sectional sofa that is just begging to be lounged on. If you're looking for even more relaxation, why not let the kids enjoy the two big bean bags? One of the standout features of this property is the view from the backyard which can be enjoyed from the primary bedroom, living room and kitchen - all of which have doors that open up to the salt marsh water view. The primary bedroom also has a private viewing porch attached, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The second bedroom and dining room are equally impressive, with bay windows that offer a view of the front of the house. Our home is most comfortable for 4 adults plus bunks for the kids. And if you're worried about parking, don't be - there is room to park in our driveway, as well as plenty of grassy areas in the front yard to park a boat trailer. Guest access The entire property is for registered guests use except the garage is private for the owners , no access to the boat lift , no boat mooring or day docking , no access to the small dock, no access to the backyard shed. There is not a step-free access to the house. Other things to note Nearby Adventures to explore : Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the property, with the exception of the garage which is reserved for the owners' private use. Please note that the boat lift, boat mooring, and day docking are also off-limits. However, fear not! You can still launch your boat at the nearby public boat ramp or opt for a more adventurous experience by booking a charter, renting a boat, or even a golf cart at River Safari Adventures, located just one mile down the road.
