The sleeping arrangement is as follows: Master bedroom has a comfy queen, Guest Bedroom has two single Twin beds, and two couches (Guests are responsible for sleeping arrangements beyond the beds provided). Only guests registered PRIOR to the start of a reservation will be allowed entry. They number must be accurately reflected on Airbnb's platform. Minutes away from Rincon and Aguadilla surf breaks as well as famous Crash Boat. Snorkeling (bring your own gear or rent) is available directly out front with sea turtles. We are 40 minutes from San Sebastian waterfall and just down the road from local museums, historical churches, and local clothing designers. Super cool restaurants nearby. Quality fresh seafood, on the water, reasonably priced lobster and octopus salad, ask for Freddy owner at Hotel Columbus (4 minute drive). Ojalas Restaurant, live band, fantastic food, cheap priced...BEST PORK CHOPS stuffed with Mofongo...200 yards from the complex. Tons of cheap shopping for knick knacks nearby. Supermarket 3 minute drive-Selectos. *Please note, we take timestamped geolocate pictures and videos of the Airbnb prior to each guests stay. This ensures quality control. We keep them on file to share them with Airbnb.* Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of the Airbnb. They also have access to the shared outdoor space. Guests will be provided a lockbox code at check in. The keys to the front gate and door are located inside. Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided. *Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par. Other things to note ________________________ ALL GUEST MUST SUBMIT photo IDs within 48hrs of booking this Airbnb. The HOA is very strict and we must submit that information (along with a vehicle license plate-unless it is being rented). Failure to do so will inhibit your ability to access the complex upon your arrival. *Please recognize this is PR, our beautiful island topical home. We do have unplanned power/internet/water outages which may occur during and outside of hurricane season. These utilities are usually restored within a few hours. All guests swim at their own risk. Children can not be left unattended. Must follow pool rules. Guests accept full responsibility for any usage/damages/other created by them to the water and/or pool and may result in surplus fees (e.g. filter is damaged, pump is damaged, etc.) We can not guarantee its usage or continuous usage throughout a reservation due to weather, animal, human, or other seen or unforeseen circumstances. _______________________________ Any requested MAINTENANCE...whether ACs, doors, door locks etc etc is conducted during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. We are not available for maintenance requests over weekends or holidays. During holidays, we are only available for emergencies as staff will be spending time with their families. We are a budget friendly Airbnb that is located directly on the ocean/beach and has a pool. It is modern and clean. We do not have backup water cisterns or backup generators so plan accordingly in the event of an emergency.
