This beautifully appointed townhouse has three bedrooms, enough for up to 5 guests. With comfortable bedding and towels, there are two rooms each with a twin bed, which can be made up as 2 single beds and the third with one single bed. The space With a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room there is lots of room for fun and to relax watching your favourite shows with a full DTSV package. Enjoy the freedom to cook your own meals in the fully equipped self-catering kitchen, equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, stove and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware. Leading out from the living area is a covered braai courtyard with seating, and attached to the kitchen is a scullery equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The inverter ensures that the main lights, TV and Wi-Fi remain fully functional during any power outages. Secured parking for 1 car under a carport and behind an automatic security gate. Parking and entrance are monitored by around the clock CCTV cameras. Guest access The townhouse has it's own driveway and entrance, and are connected to the other 2 townhouses in front by and enclosed lawn. Guests are given one set of keys to the townhouse and a remote control for the entrance gate on arrival. Check-in times are between 2pm and 6pm. Extra fee charge for late check-ins after 6pm. Other things to note DID YOU KNOW: There are 3 of these townhouses all-in-a-row. Book all 3 townhouses for a group family or friends' getaway, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements! To make your arrival as smooth and easy as possible, please check the number of guests and ages of any children are correctly indicated on your reservation. You are welcome to request the twin beds to be split for those guests not wanting to share a bed.
