Although only slightly more than 25 kilometres from Chiang Mai city, Doi Saket is often overlooked as tourists bypass it to continue their vacation in Chiang Rai. For those with time on their hands, a cruise trip along the dam is the best way to enjoy the scenery up close ✪ How long does it take to get from Chiang Mai to our location by car? Most cars need from 50 minutes to 1 hour to get from Chiang Mai. Note though that travel time depends greatly on traffic conditions. Traffic can be dense around the rush hour at both your departure point and destination. Weather conditions – e.g. heavy rain – often result in longer travel time, too. ✪ How much does it cost to get from Chiang Mai to our location? Taxi - Our taxi fare is 1,200 THB for one-way trip or you find a slightly cheaper option via app "Bolt" or "Grab". Public Transportation - There are only yellow songthaews going to Doi Saket only, then you need to find a local taxi from Doi Saket to our location. The yellow songthaews price should be around 20 - 60 THB. They start at Kad Luang (Worarot market) every 30 minutes or so. They more or less stop operating after 7 pm. ✪ We are located; - 1 hour from Chiang Mai International Airport - 55 mins from Old City or Down Town Chiang Mai - 45 mins from Central Chiang Mai - 30 mins from hot air balloon ride spot !!!
