Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful apartment on the 2nd floor of our Filoxenia Home, which was fully renovated in 2023 & is available for renting since July 2022. Unlike most apartments in the area, it is separate, surrounded by our fruits farm - yet within 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Agia Anna & Plaka beaches & numerous local restaurants & beach bars. Only 10 mins drive from Naxos Town. The 90 m2 apartment is suitable for up to 5 guests or 6 with kids. The space Filoxenia Home has 2 floors & a basement. On the 2nd floor where the sail triangles are is your apartment. On the 1st floor we have 2 more apartments. The 2nd floor has your 90m2 apartment (with verandas) & another small apartment 25m2 on your left where our parents, Christos & Maria live. You will love the sunset view from your verandas as well as from the roof to which you have access via stairs. You have a private entrance apart from other guests of Filoxenia Home. Your apartment has a private kitchen with ceramic hobs and an oven, a dining room and a living room, 2 bathrooms (just renovated), 2 bedrooms and 3 verandas. The big bedroom beside the kitchen-livingroom has a double bed and a double-sofa bed as well as a private veranda with seaview. It is ideal for couples with kids and infants (up to 4 persons). The other bedroom has a double bed with a private veranda & view to our organic farm (up to 2 persons). We have paid special attention to your mattresses, pillows, sheets & towels. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to block the sunlight.The cool cycladic air from outside will make you feel relaxed. Beside the bedrooms are the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped. The apartment is absolutely safe for your kids/ infants. You can relax in the front veranda of the apartment just a few meters from Agia Anna beach where you can even see Paros in the background. You can also have breakfast/ brunch / dinner in the front veranda while enjoying the exceptional sea view as well as sunset view in a peaceful environment.
