Only 15 minutes to Disney Springs! The space This home is a three bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse! It is very spacious and very safe for your family. There’s plenty of room to spread out in the kitchen, dining room complete with your own washer and dryer and two rooms for the kids. Guest access 24 hour guard shack please present ID for security security. After the guard shack. Expect to turn right into the community. Head straight and take a Right at the stop sign. You are now entering the Villa area hang to the left past the clubhouse and pool our home is on the right hand side. Please park in 1118 spots only. Our parking spaces are labeled 1118. Please park in front of our unit you’re allowed to park two cars in front of our unit. If you have other cars please let us know we will be able to let you know where to park upon entry sometimes the community house has parking inside the community area or you may have to park outside of the community guard shack in our designated parking area. Other things to note Our neighborhood is home to residents, snowbirds, short and long-term rentals. Please enjoy our quiet community a 24 hour gated security. Resort style swimming pools, barbecue grill areas, Lake, gazebo, beach and playground access. Comparable to Disney resorts. We have quiet time from 9 pm until 7 am. Our home is recently renovated and we ask that you take care of it while on your stay. Please only two cars in our spots! Do not park in other spots. Trash rules can be strict please Must throw away in large dumpster not outside of it. If outside $500 fines can be introduced. Please help save us from incurring fees from our HOA.
