House is located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. We are 10 minutes from Tacoma and an hour (or so depending on traffic) from Seattle. 700-square-foot studio features three skylights, high ceilings, two sets of French doors, ceiling fan and lots of surrounding windows. Relax on your private deck. Free wi-fi with huge flat screen tv. Two queen beds. Washer/dryer and 2nd bathroom downstairs. Lovely pathway along side main house leads you to the waterfront side where you will have exclusive use of lower waterfront area, fire pit, and lower lounge chairs! Garden and landscaping was featured in the Gig Harbor Garden Tour. Enjoy the water and fish from the dock! Feel free to use the kayaks provided with the studio! Use lower beach are right next to the water’s edge including the fire pit for s'mores! See our other listings on Fox Island just ten minutes away. Guest access Walk down the lovely pathway along side to waterfront, dock, fire pit, and lower lounge chairs! Feel free to use the lower level beach side are: two lounge chairs and benches and have a bon fire!! Fish from the dock! Use our huge floating slide if you're adventurous! Life jackets are in the dock box. Enjoy the studio's expansive private lenai with outdoor furniture. Make s'mores and memories. Park in the designated spot across from the garage.
