The Boarding House is the hub of activity at Callicoon Hills and houses The Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, Bar and Restaurant. Boarding house Kings are tastefully decorated and feature a custom sofa and coffee table. Rooms are located on the second or third floors and require access by stairs, no elevator. Other things to note Callicoon Hills has a Resort Fee of $25 per room per night which is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: access to our indoor-outdoor gym, king-sized pool, saunas, yoga deck, morning coffee service in lobby and UV-filtered water taps; Wi-Fi; board games and books; nightly campfire s’mores; and property treasure hunt which earns a complimentary beverage.
