Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place The space Las Palmas 220 is an adorable, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo ( 5 beds) on the 2nd level located just across the street from the beach in beautiful Gulf Shores! There's no direct access to the beach, public beach access is 0.3 miles away. • Luxury vinyl flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The dining room table seats four. • The living room has a sofa sleeper, balcony access, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV • The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV • The second bedroom has a set of full over full bunk beds with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Also, this room has one twin sized bed(pull out) in addition to 2 full sized bunk. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. • There is no elevator. The unit is accessed by two flights of stairs • Amenities include: Air Conditioning, Boardwalk Across the Street, Coffee Maker, Coin Operated Laundry (on the same floor as our condo), Dishwasher, Parking, Ice Maker, Iron and Board, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, WiFi • Maximum of two cars allowed; however, parking is very tight. Two small cars may fit underneath the building in the assigned space one in front of the other. ~Please, note $25 parking pass per each car per stay will be collected by Metropolis Parking System.
