Should you lose a set of keys during your stay, an €80 fee will be incurred. - The water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it may take some time for it to reheat. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. - In Lisbon, it's common for the electricity to trip if more than two high-wattage electrical appliances are used simultaneously. Please be mindful when using devices like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, toasters, and fans. In the event of an electricity trip due to overuse, a €40 charge will be applied. While our home does not have central heating or air conditioning, we will provide heaters and fans for your comfort. -As mandated by the government, there is a city tax of €2 per person per day (excluding children under 12 years), collected during check-in. Additionally, your government-issued ID will be collected for submission to local authorities as required by local laws. Please note that the city tax is only applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive days, and we do not accept cash for this payment. -We encourage our guests to be eco-friendly by turning off all lights and electrical appliances, such as heaters and fans, when leaving the apartment.
