Lovers Lane Cottage....comfort, beach & relaxation

The Cottage sits in a beautiful country setting just a short drive from the beach, outstanding restaurants, casinos, historic sites and all the excitement of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Less than an hour's drive to downtown New Orleans for a special day trip. One small dog under 25 lbs allowed but $50 pet fee must be checked at the time of booking. Exceptions to policy but must be pre-approved. Including service/comfort pets of any kind. The space The Lovers Lane Oasis Cottage is a stand alone 950 square foot cottage with a new screened porch, a huge bedroom, comfortable and welcoming interior with plenty of free parking. In the evenings or mornings take a quiet walk through the community then relax with a coffee or drink in the screened in porch. Enjoy all the excitement of the Mississippi Gulf Coast with in minutes but return to the peacefulness of the cottage for a restful night. Guest access Guests do not have to check in with anyone, simply use your access code provided at the time of booking then make yourself at home. Unless you have questions or some issue during your visit you will not be disturbed Other things to note HELPFUL COTTAGE INFORMATION AND QUIRKS ABOUT THE COTTAGE: One small dog allowed. Must be under 15 lbs (no exceptions. Pet fee of $50.00 will be added to invoice. The locked closet is closed & locked (for housekeeping). Feel free to use the W/D, clean out the lint tray after using and put in the trash. Just leave clean when you leave. Thank You! Please do not leave any exposed open food, drink, etc. out or take food in any bedrooms. Remove any and all foods from the refrigerators & cottage and put in the trash; Although the cottage is treated for pest control….exposed food will attract unwanted “guests”..WELCOME to the South. The trash container is located on side of cottage. Trash days are Monday & Thursday. Put the container at the end of the drive for pick up. Please put container back in its original location after pick up. ELECTRONICS: All TV’s & VCR’s have their own remote controls. Please keep them in the room they go in. They work like all regular electronics. There is an outdoor water tap and hoses located on the side of the house. To be used for rinsing off from the beach, washing your boat or cleaning the fish you caught. Absolutely no dog, cat etc. allowed in the cottage. Unless approved by owner!
