After booking, you will be asked to send us a photo of the IDs of all guests. Visitors are not allowed. Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our office hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. After that time, we don't have online support. We accept only small pets (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (1) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please check before you book. The apartment has glass closure on the balcony and also an insulation door in the bedroom, minimizing potential noise as much as possible.
