This beautiful 2,800 sq ft farmhouse is great for large groups, or is great for a romantic get a way for two. It's located only a few short blocks from The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in a great neighborhood. Play a game of pool, a game of foosball, soak in the master tub, or relax around the fire pit on the wrap around porch. Your vehicles will stay safe under covered parking. This home is where Ree’s film crew stays while filming the Pioneer Woman. You won't be disappointed in this rental. When you arrive you will stay out if the Oklahoma elements with covered parking for 4 vehicles (and space for more). As you head in the door you will see a storm shelter for your safety just steps from the back porch. The great wrap around porch is complete with chairs, a propane fire pit, and a hot tub! Once inside you will find three bedrooms (all upstairs), three bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, pool table, foosball table, and a large sectional in the spacious living room. Upstairs is where you will find all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, two closets, and couch with queen fold out bed. The master bedroom also has an on-suite bathroom with stand up shower and a jet tub to help you relax after your day of visiting Pawhuska. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin size bed. The third bedroom has two queen size beds. There is a bathroom at the top of the stairs for the second and third bedrooms to share. Downstairs there is a handicap accessible bathroom, beautiful dining room, pool table, and spacious living room with big screen tv. All bedrooms are upstairs. We do have two roll-a-way beds that can be set up either upstairs or downstairs, but there is no true bedroom downstairs. The washer and dryer can be accessed by guests, but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The coffee pot is a standard coffee pot. There are coffee filters provided, but you will need to bring your own coffee. **Please be sure to put the correct number of guests BEFORE booking! The Flamingo's Nest is set up to be charged based on how many guests are coming. By putting the correct number of guests before you book, you will be able to see the accurate price breakdown. You can change the number of guests on your reservation anytime up until the day of check-in. Guests will have access to the storm shelter, hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, wifi, smart TVs, ROKU, and much more! We will be available should you need anything, but we will also give you complete privacy during your stay. The neighborhood is down the street (approximately 5 block) from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and other great shopping (like The Buckin' Flamingo), and even shorter walking distance from the corner convenience store Handy's and the Osage County Historical Society Museum. Everything downtown is within walking distance from the Flamingo's Nest! Please make sure when booking that you input the correct number of guests! There is a washer and dryer, but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The coffee maker is a standard coffee maker.
