The space We undertook a project to refurbish this 1800s property consisting of three apartments, and we hope you love it as much as we do. This first floor apartment is likely to suit small families, friends, couples and solo travellers alike. There are designated work spaces, a TV and super fast fibre broadband for those looking to stay for work. We provide all towels, bed linen and all of your cleaning necessities. There is parking on site for one car, and we can make arrangements if you need any more space let us know. Guests are able to self check in by using the key safe by the front door. Please check that you are reserving for the correct number of guests as our prices automatically amend per guest so that our solo travellers benefit from the best rates. The space consists of 1 well-proportioned room, with an en suite bathroom with a shower. The room has a TV and the property is fitted with super fast fibre optic broadband. The living room has a large corner sofa bed in addition if needed. The kitchen hosts everything you may need for a short or long stay, as well as a table big enough to dine and relax. Note this flat is not accessible, and requires going up one flight of stairs. Babies are welcome - we can provide a travel cot excluding linens but don’t have a high chair. Please make sure to add them to your booking and let us know if you need a travel cot. Please note that this property may not be suitable for toddlers who are on the move, as there is an open landing and staircase which is quite steep, so take care to avoid any trips. Guest access We have a parking space available for your use on the driveway, on street parking is permit only so we encourage you to use the driveway. There are some nearby streets which don't require a permit and are free, as well as some nearby paid daily car parks (£2-3). Let me know if you need any more information. Other things to note The property is in the perfect location. We are close/walkable to supermarkets, the train and bus stations and the town centre. You can reach various places in the Peak District in 15-30 minutes. There are regular trains to the nearby cities - Sheffield (10-15 mins), Nottingham (30-40 mins), Leeds (40-50 mins) and even you can get to London in less than 2 hours. Please note we don’t allow gatherings or parties. Unauthorised guests and visitors are not allowed without prior agreement.
