Our suite is ideal for you to relax and rest on your vacation or business trip. The room is strategically located at the back of the property, providing our guests with an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility during their stay and away from the hustle and bustle of the street. We are conveniently located near points of interest, restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation, making it easy for you to explore the city. The space The suite is private and has a TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, single bed, air-conditioning, electric coffee maker, mini-closet and work space. The room is entirely reserved for the guest, there is no sharing. The outdoor area gives access to our laundry room, which is shared with other guests. Guest access The suite is located at the rear of the property and the laundry is shared. The entrance gate is shared and we ask that you always keep it closed. Other things to note I am always available personally, as I live a few minutes from the place and in addition to this, any request is just a call to our contact. Please inform me of the check-in and check-out times, observing the conditions of the listing, as I do not live on the premises and need to travel to deliver and receive the keys. There are public parking spaces in front of the property. *Guests must keep the place clean and collect their garbage. *Cleaning supplies available in the laundry room. *We have a free shuttle service if you are coming by bus, but you need to schedule it. *If you come from the airport and port of Manaus, the transfer is charged an extra fee. * No parties, no smoking inside the room. *Pets upon request.
