Le Petit Marronnier

Le Petit Marronnier is located on top of a hill, and from the large garden, you have a beautiful view over the valley. A cozy gîte in French country style with its own entrance and terrace, located on the outskirts of a small village, la Péruse. A place where you can unwind and escape an overcrowded busy life. There are two gîtes on the property. The space Le Petit Marronnier is a cozy gîte, built from natural materials such as natural stone and hemp and loam. All comforts are present. Downstairs is the sitting/dining room with an open kitchen. The upper floor is like a loft, an open sleeping area.
