Cozy 3 bedroom Chateau cabin with hot tub, pool table, and view of Seneca Lake, close to Wine trail The space Welcome to Chateau at Castle Point Paradise! Located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, this 3 bedroom modern cabin offers a beautiful view of Seneca Lake that can be enjoyed from one of the private balconies or the spacious deck. *Hot tub *Family room with pool table *Large outdoor deck *Firepit *Views of Seneca Lake *Along the Seneca lake wine trail Inside Chateau you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a small granite topped island. The main Living space is open through the kitchen and into the dining and living room area. There is a gas burning fireplace in the Dining space for lighting a fire on cooler nights while watching your favorite Netflix show on the TV. The Primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is open to the bedroom area and has a tiled walk in shower, toilet and bowl sink. From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door. The basement level door and the stairs to the second floor are also located off of the Dining area. Upstairs you’ll find an open balcony area, 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, TV and a private outdoor balconies off of each bedroom. This level also has a full bath with tub/shower. In the basement is a family room with a sectional couch, TV, pool table and small wet bar area. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2 as well as a full bath with shower. The laundry area is also located in the basement. The deck will leave you with plenty of outdoor options. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill and relax on the comfortable poly furniture. And after the evening lights fade you can climb into the hot tub to soak your worries away. The yard is large and spacious, with an additional patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights. The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch. Chateau is a sister cabin to our Castello cabin, located on the same private road. If you have a larger group, these two cabins, plus our smaller Chalet cabin, are perfect to rent together as a group. These 3 are all located on the same private lane *Air conditioning is provided via central air *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. **We ask that primary renters be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request **No pets or animals allowed **No parties allowed **Smoking prohibited **Parking for 4 vehicles only! **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy, no exceptions. No more than 8 persons at any time, additional guests will be asked to leave **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and yard space Other things to note You are welcome to the limited supply of disposable paper goods, shampoos, soaps, dishwashing detergent, etc. Once you run out, it’s up to you to replace according to the needs of your group. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Check out times must be prompt unless otherwise arranged with us prior to your stay.
