Our property is located on top of a hill with a view of the bay, beaches and a beautiful pine forest. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Saplunara beach, considered one of the most beautiful on the island, where you can enjoy the crystal clear sea and beautiful scenery. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the view of the sea and relax with the sounds and scent of nature. The space The apartment is situated on the top of our property, so there are a few steps to climb up if You are coming from the southern side ( the main road side with beaches, shop and restaurants). Luckily our property is accesible from the northern side as well, via the backroad where You can park Your car as well (private parking). From here there is only a few meters to the apartment, so luggage carying is not an issue. The apartment itself consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen/living room with a dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one adult or two small children. From the room you can access the balcony, which also has a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the entire bay. Nearby is a large shared terrace with tables in the shade and a beautiful view of the sea. There is also a barbecue that you can use if you wish, right next to the apartment. Guest access The whole apartment with private balcony is only Yours to use with all it's amenities.
