The apartment features a balcony overlooking the neighborhood, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. It offers a living-dining area with an open kitchenette and TV. The apartment includes a washing machine and free WiFi. Fans are available upon request. In winter, the apartment is heated by a stove. It does not have air conditioning The space The apartment is located in a tourist apartment building in a pedestrian area of Can Picafort, just a few meters from the sea. The furnished terrace has no views. The living-dining area features a TV and a small dining table. The kitchen with a gas hob includes a filter coffee maker. The bathroom is private and has a shower. This is a simple apartment, perfect for enjoying its excellent location. Guest access Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are provided once every 7 days. In accordance with current regulations, packaging, cardboard, and glass must be separated for recycling. We kindly ask that organic waste be disposed of daily in the designated containers. Waste collection containers can be found in the vicinity of the accommodation. Please note that if any rubbish is left in the apartment on the day of departure, an additional charge of €50 will be applied to cover waste disposal and extra cleaning costs.
