Studio style home 10min from Murray and 20min from Ky Lake! The space 1 bedroom 1 bath studio home built and decorated by us! Only 10 minutes form Murray and 20 minutes from the lake. Great for a weekend stay or long term. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors with a warm cup of coffee on our outdoor patio, watch the fireflies, or spend some downtime in our cozy but large studio style home with a nice reading nook and a large enough couch for 5 to relax. There's a king size bed in the bedroom, room for a guest or two to sleep on the couch and plenty of floor space to bring some blow up mattresses. Our home is located in a nice neighborhood about 20 minutes from the lake and 10 from Murray, KY. Our yard and home is very peaceful but it is not a cabin in the middle of nowhere, we do have neighbors. Our nearest neighbors are roughly 75 yards away but share a driveway. Please view all photos and read full descriptions including house layout and sleeping arrangements before booking. Guest access Parking space fits 3 cars comfortably. We share a driveway with the neighbors so please to not park before the telephone pole or on the neighbors grass to the left of the driveway. Other things to note We do not allow big parties! We make no exceptions with noise considering we have neighbors. We have one king size bed and the couch can sleep two however it is not a hide-a-bed . There is plenty of space for blow up mattresses if you'd like to bring your own, we can not guarantee any on site. If more than approved guests show up, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund so please be upfront with us so that we know what to expect.
