The space Guests will enjoy 1 private BR with Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, living area with a Queen sofa bed along w/ a bright den/solarium as a work space or to enjoy your morning coffee - Our space has everything to make you feel at home - WIFI, Netflix, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and you can prepare food in our fully equipped kitchen Guest access 1 secure underground parking is available during your stay Other things to note HOUSE RULES • No parties or events • Quiet hours begin at 10pm to 9am • Please respect our neighbours •When entering and leaving unit, please don’t let the door slam to avoid any noise complaints •Whenever you leave the unit always make sure the stove is turned off and not fire/water hazard things are left unattended • No smoking/vaping allowed of any kind on the premises • No shoes in the house • No pets • No eating in the bedroom • No unregistered guests allowed • No illegal substances and activities allowed on the premises •Complimentary items will not be restocked during your stay •Please park in the designated spot only •Alert us immediatley if anything breaks. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don't tell us right away •Please do not leave garbage cans and recyclables over flowing, please bring to Garbage Room in P1 • Lost of the provided key fob will result in a $400 fee for replacement that will charge on your credit card through Airbnb **ANY SERIOUS COMPLAINTS FROM STRATA MAY RESULT IN A $500-$1000 FINE Thank you for respecting our place!
