Please note that the shoreline of Dauphin Island Beaches regularly shifts inward and outward. Properties at the shoreline will experience wave action. Guests will be able to hear the waves and feel the house move. This is normal and should be expected for any home on pilings. Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3.
