The space The property is located in a characteristic building (no alleys and zero humidity) recently renovated. It consists of three studio apartments on three different floors, starting from the first floor. STELLA DI MARE, AMARE, and TERRAZZA DEL MARE all have a kitchenette, private bathroom, and a range of amenities, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The AMARE studio apartment is located on the second floor and is very charming and conveys the wonderful feeling of a cozy little house. Guests will have access to a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking the characteristic Via Indipendenza. Access to the studio apartments is quite convenient, with double flights of stairs, and the height of the steps is normal (not 25 cm high), like most homes in the historic center. Via dell'Indipendenza is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is only accessible during certain hours of the day for residents with a permit. The paid municipal parking lot is less than 100 meters away, and essential shops are very close: a supermarket (10 meters), a greengrocer's (12 meters), a tobacconist's (10 meters), a fishmonger's (15 meters), a baker's (25 meters), a pharmacy (90 meters), a butcher's, a hairdresser's and barber's, a pizzeria, a traditional Gaeta inn, and much more. On Via Indipendenza, you can glimpse the characteristic alleys and glimpses of the sea, discover small, traditional shops, and savor local delicacies, especially the delicious Tiella Gaetana. The seafront is 80 meters away, convenient for those who enjoy walking, and Serapo beach can be reached in about ten minutes, as it is tucked away from the center. Guest access The paid municipal parking is less than 100 meters away, so guests can comfortably reach the property on foot in two minutes after parking their car. During the summer months, it may take longer to find a spot (as in all areas of Gaeta) since it is a very popular tourist destination and the population increases. The property is located at 214 Via Indipendenza and is in a ZTL zone, so it can be accessed by car only by residents with a permit. The host will provide guests with all the necessary information for check-in. Other things to note At The Sorabellas, the following rules apply throughout the property and on any booking platform. Everything used in the kitchen must be washed and put back as it was found at check-in. No animals of any kind or size are allowed. All studios are non-smoking (smoking is allowed in outdoor areas such as balconies or terraces, depending on the studio booked). Minimum age for children: 4 years old. Minimum age for unaccompanied young people: 23 years old. Age restrictions are solely for the purpose of ensuring the peace and quiet of the property. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
